  • If I could give negative 5, I would! They bagged mar stuff to someone else and I came back, they said they are not responsible. Crappy customer service, I will not be shopping here again. Sticking with Grand Asia!!! The worst part is that I wasn't even going to drive back in the first place as the bag I left wasn't worth the drive (I live 30 mins away), but when I called and asked if they could take care of it, they said they will!!! I came back and waited at least half an hour until the manager told me no they are not responsible. If they told me flat out over phone that they don't have the items and they can't do anything about it, I would be perfectly fine, but wasting 30 minutes plus round trip of an hour, that's not acceptable!!!!
