I'M TAKING THESE PREDATORS TO COURT - AND I SUGGEST YOU DO THE SAME - I'LL KEEP YOU POSTED AS EVENTS UNFOLD.
At first I thought their overcharging and underperforming was simply a result of their companywide disorganization. I assumed once I'd pointed out their mistakes they'd initiate the appropriate correction - but I was wrong. Once they had my credit card number (I'd never met them face-to-face, I'd contracted with them to service a rental property of mine here in Las Vegas) "they were in charge".
I'll give you one example. They tripled (the previously agreed upon) charge (to my card) for (ceramic) tile & carpet treatment. When it was pointed out to them, they never treated the tile, they rebated back 8% to my card, even though tile comprised 26% of the homes square footage.
I have courtroom quality proof of their deceit. I will send a message to them for all of us who gave up, while waiting for them to do the right thing, and walked away.
