  • Food was good. Service was eh.. The reason for a 3 star rating is because of the "substitution policies" they have in place. We just wanted some tater tots instead of fries (which is served with other dishes). The server was adamant that they could not do the substitution and didn't even ask the manager if it is something they could do. My advice, at least try to make your customers happy..
