rev:text	I wasn't going to write a review but today I decided to. I've seen recent reviews and it seems like this My Gym is on the decline. Year old reviews it got better ratings. Jeremy I think his name is? ( blond hair guy) can be a hit or miss personality. My family moved from California where my children were a part of our local My Gym. I understand My Gym is franchised but it all comes down to making children and parents comfortable. Since my children have been coming for the last 3 months Jeremy has never been very friendly to me or my wife. We've even seen him at a local mall and he ignored us. This week my children are at the My gym summer camp week from 1-3p. Yesterday the OWNER must of been there. A gentleman I've never seen there before. O boy was Jeremy friendly like a Kardashian in front of a camera. So today Wednesday, my children and I get to class 10 min early. We walk in and nobody is there but Jeremy and a helper. Not one of them said hi to me or my children. Another parent comes in a few min later and the same thing. Jeremy didn't talk to anyone until he put on music ( the key sound when children can enter play area). My point is he is not a friendly person. Says hi when he feels like it. Why continue to give a place my hard earned $ when I can't get the most out of this place. I echo another parents opinion on how Jeremy talks to children with his annoyed but sweet voice he uses to discipline. I've seen it. He has done it to my son before while I've been there. How do you get mad at a 5 yr old when he has two children playing tug-o-war? Obviously one is going to be more aggressive than the other. That's the object of the game. As my wife and I decided to cancel our membership there Jeremy lags at responding to our request. He finally gets back to us saying you'll still be charged for the remainder of the month. No really? This particular My Gym is overpriced and needs more help as far as staff. Jeremy needs work on respect to all parents and the other staff should speak as well. Jeremy is the most vocal of them all. I'm sure he's been there for a while. The owner needs to be informed of the bad reviews. All e mails I've got a response from are all from Jeremy. Maybe the owner does not see any of the e mails? We've found other fun things for the kids to do so they're not going to miss My Gym. They're always welcomed back at their old My Gym in Cali which means a lot as parents. I don't care about paying a drop in fee for that. Jeremy please grow up a little bit and be courteous to all. This could be a great My Gym but no leadership
