Definitely a local's spot, but the food and drink deals are just the absolute best thing to pair with their casino. $5 wings and fries along with $1 draft beers when a sports game is on TV? Superb.
The casino itself is small, but varied, and there's always a few open spots. Slots, blackjack, roulette, you name it. My only reservation is that the roulette table seems a bit off-set. The histogram for the past 10 spins had like four 00's, and that's statistically unlikely with a properly-set roulette. The cigarette smoke also doesn't help with keeping the machines well-serviced.
I'm incredibly glad that I went off the beaten path, and stopped by Ellis Island. It's not a tourist trap, for sure.
