  • Had a great conversation with them, agreed to have a home visit with Doug. My three boys and I and our puppy rush back home from our classes and errands and had rearranged our schedule to meet Doug at pre-arranged a time for a consultation. This business did not call, no email, did not text. At 2:30 I called and the girl answered and told me in a friendly casual way that they had to cancel our appointment because we live too far away. Remember they had our address ahead of time. Bad business I do not recommend if you have nothing to do but sit around and wait and you don't mind being stood up.
