  • Recently settled a claim for injuries as a result of a motor vehicle accident that occurred in October 2015. The liable insurance company, required a to sign a medical authorization to get the medical records as a result of this accident. When they got then from Chandler Regional Hospital, there was a medical lien attached as well, without advising anyone. A letter was sent to them in January of this year to dispute the amount they stated to the liable insurance company. They have yet to reply to that letter. The Explanation of Benefits statements that where received from the medical insurance company stated the amount owed was far less then what they took from the liable insurance company stated and so they took money from an innocent person. As a result of Chandler Hospital overstating the amount owed and got paid more then they should have and refused to reimburse the over charges.
