  • I have lived at Quail Valley for 4 years and have nothing but positive things to say. Pros: Apartments are spacious, clean and very affordable for the area. I have never had a pest, roach or bug issue. Dog friendly neighborhood. Office hours are flexible. Parking is ALWAYS available and you don't have to worry about visitors being towed. Cons: Appliances/ Countertops can be upgraded. Office staff is amazing and on top of things. Tandy is always bubbly and a total pleasure to work with. Joe and Frankie are awesome and Nicole(manager) is very responsive to emails, very personable and always planning a community event at the clubhouse. Previous management was ok but they rarely followed up with maintenance requests and they never had community events. Since Nicole became manager, things have gotten a lot better. There are monthly events held for the community. Food, games, etc. It's always fun and they make me feel like family. I would've loved to renew my lease at Quail Valley but I accepted a job offer in another state. Kudos to Nicole and the staff at Quail Valley. I will miss you guys! Nakia
