  • Very disappointed in the customer service at this location. I called ahead on a Saturday to see if they had time to fit me in for a simple oil change. He said if I came down right then he be able to squeeze me in. We loaded all four kids in the car, drove to the location just to get there and have him tell us "sorry I don't have room for you anymore." As I began to talk to him more about the fact that I had called ahead, he picked up the phone to answer it and then ignored me. It's pretty simple to tell someone you don't have time to do something. Don't waste my time by having me drive all the way down to your location when you told me you have time and then change your mind about being able to fit me in. I can't actually grade this location on their automotive repair skills, just their customer service.
