  • In response to John L.'s allegations, let me state key parts of my Letter. All HomeOwners and Contractors can relate to this. "It is clear that the Issue with the Low Voltage Lights stems from you adding 7 more lights to the Job very late in the Construction of your project. The Contract & The Plan shows 9 new Lights (for the Backyard). Late in Construction, after the Fireplace, the BarBQ structure, the Ramada, and the Pavers were All Completed- - -you asked me about adding 3 lights under 3 existing Queen Palms behind the Pool. I responded that the Transformer could handle 1 more, knowing of a light that could illuminate all 3 Palms. You responded by purchasing 7 additional lights and directing my Sub-Contractor, Salvador, to make it happen. This was done 100% without my knowledge. Apparently, that involved using an old Transformer in the Frontyard and relying on pre-existing old wire! I would have vetoed that!" My recommended Change Order: For you to pay to dismantle and re-install hundreds of square feet of Pavers in order to install a New Transformer and New Wire connected to the New Electrical Outlets at the BarBQ or near the Fireplace that Zonaworks installed as part of the Contract. All that electrical work had been installed by a licensed Electrician weeks before. So, John L., you are de-faming and slandering me. The real history about your 2nd low voltage circuit in your Backyard is about Salvador doing something on the side to make you Happy. And both of you kept me out of the Loop. For you to save Money. Gary Rab, Zonaworks
