  • Mod nails used to be wonderful! KEEP READING! I called to make an apt with Lucy, the lady on the phone confirms the times and says "see you tomorrow." The apt comes, I get there, I don't see Lucy yet I say I have an apt with Lucy. The lady says Lucy isn't here but I'll help you. We get started, I ask where Lucy is and she says Lucy is getting married and pregnant so she is taking the month of February off. Then another employee comes in 30 minutes into my apt, she recognizes me so we chit chat. She then informs me that Lucy and Kim sold the business, and don't come in often or at all. A piece of advice to new management, you should let your customers know they aren't going to receive that they are asking for when they call. I am super picky about my nails, and Lucy is one of the only ones I have liked in Vegas. The new owner did my nails and they are ehh. It was extremely irritating to find out that I was miscommunicated with. An easy statement saying that management changed and Lucy was not available would have saved me and my money!!!
