  • Jay, Kaiyo's namesake, is no longer with this group -- read into this what you will about this place -- rendering an entirely different experience altogether: the quality of the fish seems to have completely changed and it's presentation on the plate has been particularly inconsistent. It's quite incredible when such a promising new establishment so immediately alters its own trajectory. My last two experiences generated the same response: "WTF?". It's fallen off my list of Must-Haves and made my list for Stay-Away.
