  • Dear Mr Jim Lankes, I see you have insulted others besides me. I thought maybe you were having a bad day which is still no excuse for your unprofessional way you conduct business. I'm sure the owner is glad that you are running his business to the ground. You think it's ok to threaten people or as you called me dysfunctional? You steal my credit card number which I never authorized and I have no account with you. I'm so glad I never joined your fraudulent business Sir. You threatened to charge me $300 extra for exposing you as a fraud. I have no idea who you think you are? You may intimidate some people..but in the long run you have damaged your reputation and this business Sir. Sincerely Kristine
