| - Finding a new car is stressful. Especially if you've been living in NYC and haven't had a car in 7 years... keyless cars... really?!?! Buying a car as a single woman is even more stressful. I'm very well educated, have a lot of knowledgable friends and can do my own due diligence/research... I hate to be spoken down to and given the run around. Also, hate when someone tries to sell me something I don't want, insisting it's a better deal than the car I want... (Audi Scottsdale). Also really hate the bullsh** of "let me go talk to my manager..." give me a break.
So after a week of visiting multiple valley dealerships and dealing with multiple salespeople in 112 degree weather... I finally decided I would do the rest of it via the net. I sent out an "all call" request through TRUECAR.com (great experience). Within minutes I received phone calls from the 3 valley Audi dealerships.
One of the calls was from a woman, ADORA FRYANT at Audi Chandler. She listened to exactly what I wanted, a couple hours later she sent me an e-mail with the details on 4 cars, 1 that was on the lot and 3 that were in route from Germany. She told me exactly what the price of the car was, she went over feature by feature. We set up an appointment for a test drive and it was such a lovely experience. I finally felt like someone was listening to what I wanted, was not trying to sell me something just to get rid of inventory, she knew everything there was to know about the car and spent an extraordinary amount of time teaching me about the car, the navigation system, the bluetooth, etc.
The price negotiation was painless (especially after using TrueCar), the paperwork and financing was the simplest process I've ever been through. Start to finish 20 minutes of negotiation and paperwork.
I drove away in a beautiful car and at a price that made me feel good. A few days later they tinted my windows and the experience in the Service Dept. was also wonderful! I will be referring friends to Audi Chandler and will buy from them again.
Thank you, Adora!!!
