  • Yes, it's slammed on the weekends, and that's usually when we go. But we can get in and out on our monthly trips in usually under an hour, even with the long lines at the cashier and while still being able to sit and grab a dog at the food court. We've got our system pretty much down to a science. First of all, we pull in and find the first open spot and park. We don't dick around trying to find the closest spot, it just leads to frustration. Especially when it's busy, we never go down the middle aisles with our cart, we go right to the end aisle along the west wall moving front to back. I know where everything is and walk down each aisle picking up what the necessities, then circle back to the cart walking down the next aisle. While I'm cashing out, my wife goes to the food court and picks us up a couple dogs. By the time, I'm done cashing out, she's saved a spot at the tables and we can sit down and eat. I guess the moral of the story is by taking the cart everywhere, you're going to find a bottleneck. You can weave in and out of the traffic better if you don't have the cart hindering you. Every month we get things for our quick meals that don't need any prep like: bacon, sausage, brats, the Tony Roma baby backs, frozen vegetables, lasagna, hamburger patties, beef filets, and Dungeness crab. Their electronics can be competitive here also with a good return policy. I've bought a laptop and our flat screen from here. The convenience to the 95 is a big plus. We'll continue to make our monthly trips.
