  • When someone places a custom order one week in advance you should have it done and correct on the day they're supposed to be picking it up. I ordered a half a dozen cupcakes for my girlfriend's birthday with hand writing on each one and when I show up to pick them up there are these sugar hearts on top of the cupcakes hiding all the beautiful icing and only one says happy birthday on it. Unacceptable... Your cupcakes are delicious but your customer service is bad. When I came to pick up the corrected cupcakes they looked messy and not worth $22. So disappointing.
