  • I am not a fan of this place. I was in need of a quick mani/pedi last weekend before an evening event. There was no wait around noon on Saturday, and I make an effort to try a place more than once before I take my business elsewhere. First, I am not convinced that the plastic liners they use to line the spa tubs are really that sanitary or necessary. Do they even throw them out? Or is this just a plot to make things appear more sanitary. Personally, I think they feel weird. Also, most of the risk for infection come from improperly cleaning the jets/bubblers in the tub, not the tub itself. On a positive note- they have a wide selection of quality nail polish. However, they up-charge on things like callus remover, hot towels, and decent massage. I have a favorite place in Gilbert that includes these at the same base price. I didn't even get my hot towel! The last straw for me was how the technician treated my fingernail cuticles. I walked out 2 bleeding fingers and has to attend my event with Band-Aids.
