  • BEWARE OF SIGNING A CONTRACT WITH MASSAGE ENVY!!! I asked the sales associate if I could cancel anytime and she said yes. I went to cancel a few months later because I could no longer afford the service and the associate said you cannot cancel for a year unless you're disabled or move 25 miles away from a massage envy. When I asked to speak with a manager because the previous sales associate had mislead me and said I could cancel anytime with no strings attached, the sales associate said there was no manager. When I asked for the corporate number they said they did not have a corporate phone number. This company has horrible service And now I am stuck with them for a year!!
