| - BEST SUSHI IN THE WHOLE VALLEY! The owner mo has 25+ years of sushi making experience and is from Toyama Japan. They carry a lot of fish you won't find anywhere else in the valley, like sea bream, striped jack, halibut fin & many more. Yellowtail taste fresher than any I've had anywhere else. The most authentic sushi I've ever had, and I'm a huge foodie from San Francisco who has eaten at some of the best sushi restaurants on the west coast. This place caters to the rich and famous, and there is a reason why! Notable items on the menu include: spicy Toyama roll, crazy unagi roll, tuna tempura roll, volcano roll, the omakase sashimi plate(chefs choice), tuna tartar, white fish carpaccio, orange cup tuna, hamachi kama, red snapper, halibut, sea bream, Spanish mackerel, yellowtail......ya, pretty much everything! No, they DONT have happy hour. If you want cheap, low quality sushi, go to sushi brokers. You want the highest quality fish in the valley, you come here!
