  • This place is old and dirty. The furnitures are from the 90's and the kitchen appliances, telephone and AC are from the 80's. The comforter is thin. You can see the black stuff at the rim of the bathroom counter. The internet is super slow (less than1Mbps ) and I can't watch youtube. I stay at many hotels in Cleveland area. Holiday Inn is the worst and this is the second worst. I recommend Hilton Garden Inn.
