  • I just left trying to tour their 2 and 3 bedroom models. Beautiful community but the level of service in leasing office is terrible. Mercedes was very dry. I asked could I see a 3 bedroom and she said nope don't have it...ok can I see a larger 2 bedroom...yeah I guess. Wth...do you not want people to live in your community? A couple came in and asked if the apartment they looked at the day prior was available nope it's not sorry. She didn't offer any solutions to them. She tells me oh the 3 bedroom looks the same as two but with an additional bedroom. Mind you they offer two different 3 bedrooms on website she never mentioned another choice. I get that their prices and inventory changes daily but really you should want people's business and offer to contact them of their preference becomes available. I will keep looking elsewhere.
