  • Bobby Flay's restaurant in Caesars Palace! Mexican dishes & flavors. There is a dress code & men cannot wear a sleeveless shirt. Thankfully, they have new T-shirts that they can borrow! Customer service was friendly & informative! Complimentary bread Tiger Shrimp + Roasted Garlic Corn Tamale: This only came with 4 shrimps which was a bummer but nonetheless, still good! The sauce that the shrimp & tamale were marinated in was to die for, so creamy! New Mexican Spice Rubbed Pork Tenderloin (served with Sweet Potato Tamale): The pork was so tender, juicy, & flavorful! It is definitely a hearty dish so do not eat too much bread!
