rev:text	They rarely return phone calls and nobody knows their head from their butt at this place. I was referred to shawn, but when i made an appointment, i was greeted by michelle with no explanation as to why shawn wasn't there. I guess they assumed i was ok with her. Thanks for not asking. Anyway, every time I have a question on something, no one knows what's going on. My attorney also discussed certain things with me, but then didn't follow through with some of those things and when confronted, offered no apology or even an explanation. Just justifies everything by saying she thinks she got me a good settlement. She also offered a medical settlement to the dr without discussing it with me first. Not ok. Since she stopped all medpay checks to them, they had to put a medical lien on me. When she offered her settlement, they wouldn't accept it and she told me she was just going to pay them what they wanted because she wasn't going to argue with them! Isn't that your job??!! To fight for me?? Since she wouldn't, she is actually taking a portion of my settlement and is giving it to them because Medpay wouldn't pay the whole cost of the bills because they felt the charges were too inflated. Also, I think she just forgets what she says. When i first came in, she told me i had a solid case, then when all was said and done, said it was minor and that i got a better settlement than she thought i would. What's even worse though is when someone has a bad attitude so avoid her assistant Amy at all costs... She's a real peach. Also, How many times do you need me to come by and sign checks and copy my drivers licence? Seems like they should recognize me by now right? But for some reason the one time i forget to bring my license, i'm not able to sign it and then fax the i.d. after. I'll have to go back another day AGAIN. Lastly, they never called when my actual settlement check came in. Finally got a call today, But they've had the check for over 3 weeks now! The last few days my husband and i had to call repeatedly and could never get any answers as to which location it was at until after like the 7th call. Don't you guys want to get paid? I can't pay you if i can't get my check!!
