  • I thought this was a good place to live but I was very wrong. I have so many problems with this place. First of all, they make you pay $50 dollars to get a gym key and the gym is probably big as my my bathroom. So I got a gym membership in lvac and tried to return the key and get my $50 bucks and they said I can't return it untill my lease ends.... Also I'm always having problem with all sorts of stuff in this apartment whether my sink is leaking, the front door is so loose so when the wind is blowing it sounds like someone is trying to rob my apartment. I can't even tell you how loud the ac and the heater is. Once it turns on, I can hardly hear the tv and all it does is tax your electricity bill. The walls in our rooms are paper thin so if you play any music with little bass, more than likely the neighbors are going to complain and they will try to fine you. This complex tries to fine you with almost everything. They only give you one parking pass even though my roommate and I each have a car. Therefore, I have to park somewhere where it doesn't have a roof which is suppose to be for all the guests. But there are PLENTY of empty spots for where all the residents can park under the roof and they tried to tow my car. Also Good luck trying to cook a bacon in this apartment bc the fire alarm will go off like there's no tomorrow. Those alarms will also beep for hours if the batteries are low. I can go on and on but I would definitely recommend you to look at your options. I'm glad I'll be moving outta here soon. Peace
