  • I have gone to this nail salon at least 8 times. Loved it the first several times, however something has changed - and not for the better. On my second to last visit, the nail technican started to file my rounded nails into a square. I told her I wanted my nails round, not square. She nodded and then she pulled out the clippers and cut my nail straight across. Not happy at all and I should have known better than to go back. I went to another nail salon and they did an OK job, but wasn't completely happy, so I made the mistake of returning to Prestige Nails. This time a different technican was trimming my cuticles so quickly I knew I was in for trouble. Sure enough, she cut me pretty good. All she said was sorry and tried to ignore the blood. Finally, she had to put the stuff on that stings like crazy to stop the blood flow. I will not return again.
