  • I have always had a pleasurable experience with this car rental company in Pittsburgh. John is always there to assist in helping locate the type of vehicle you are seeking & always handing out water. The counter help us friendly and will offer clear instructions or directions. They are never pushy by trying to up sell you on your vehicle selection - not to say that they don't ask. I would have rated a 5-star but I have had challenges on vehicles being sold out during peak times & had to use a competitor with not nearly the customer service that Alamo provides so I always come back to Alamo. I know it would be difficult but it would be nice to "hold" some vehicles for Insider members during peak times. I really enjoy the "select the car if your choice in your category". It expedites you getting in & getting out. Thanks Alamo!
