Oh my. Made my reservation 6 months ago. Did not get the seat I picked and was called out " did anyone sit where they are suppose to?" Hey I did not assign this seat. I did not get the seat I picked. Many people were seemingly confused as people were moving Aruba causing a delay. I graciously offered to check my bag and asked for tag. "We don't have any!" No thank you - no smile. I have never had a delta bad experience. I think I will be negotiating in Atlanta as the moved my seat to middle. Paid for a reserve seat otherwise fly SW. Add further insult, I was told that if you buy your ticket online you are not guaranteed your sleep. What is the point? She told me I should read the fine print.
