  • Jamba Juice and Robek's were the juice joints I frequented in high school, so the nostalgia factor is high considering I live in the middle of nowhere now and civilization is 45 minutes away. I hit up this Jamba Juice anytime I'm passing through Charlotte because I need my Greens 'n Ginger and Island Pitaya bowl fix. I've never had an issue with the quality of the food or the speed with which I receive it. All of that deserves A's. But the customer service could be improved on. They always have attitudes. Constantly. They never say, "Be right with you." They just go about what they're doing and eventually ask you what you want. The music they play is loud and sometimes not family-friendly and they're so absorbed in their own conversations that they can't wait to take your order and hand you the receipt so they can go back to themselves. I will obviously keep being a patron of this one since I never get a chance where I live. I'm just very disappointed.
