  • I have been attending this gym for many years and I love it! However.... a lot of the staff has changed over the years and most are NOT friendly and have no real customer service skills. Nevertheless, there is this ONE young lady named Savannah who REALLY stands out to me. She is always smiling, and or at least very pleasant! Savannah is always so helpful- She is great at multitasking and she runs the front desk like a champ- Also, I notice when there is down time, Savannah is always cleaning and wiping things down. This Gym is extremely busy! So it takes a great level of Customer Skills to effectively handle each customer, while assuring you are running the front desk efficiently. Savannah is hands down my favorite because she has a pleasing persona, which is very important when dealing with people. Most of the staff (not all) but most of them are not friendly, OR they do not appear to like their jobs very much. Again, not only have I worked at this gym for 3 years, I have been attending for more than 7 years and I know what great customer service should look like. I am very happy Savannah is there AND I am sure she will eventually move on to greater opportunities, as she definitely deserves it. This will be my favorite gym for life!
