  • I hate to say it coming from Vermont where we have some of the finest breads and cheeses but On The Rise is the best I've ever had. Focaccia, meesh, and onion rye are ridiculous! Oh and cinnamon raisin swirl.....foggeda bout it! The story of how they came about their oven is the stuff of legends! The service is spotty and not always the friendliest of folks and the sitting area gets too not and awfully cramped. However the product is Triple A.
