  • Got a gift certificate and went to the wash on E via Linda. Choosing was complicated. Didn't know how much was on the card. Selected a Carnauba wash for $15 before I was done the ticket printed. For $15 just to drive thru a wash is an absolute rip off. Windows not wiped. Left with spots. Bird crap still on the car and not even a hand dry or vacuum!!! When I asked the guy in the lane about the c=vacuum he told me it would be another $6!!! For $15 I can get a complete outside wash, hand dry and vacuum and the windows would be clean - ANYWHERE IN THE VALLEY. A total rip off. Only reason I would return is to use the balance on the card. Disgusting. As for you manager on duty, he needs a couple of lessons in customer service. Instead of trying to help, for 5 minutes argued with me I chose the wrong wash. Instead of saying come back and we will make it right.
