  • Mixed review here... Folks are friendly, and usually service is quick. (I just order plain coffee, no frou frou). So, having said that...too many times, my order is started, and left to die while the pot brews, or they forget about my pour over in process. And getting someone's attention is tough... I have also never been there when I haven't had to ask for a half and half refill for the container on the accoutrements bar. It's silly things that ruin it. Again...the folks have been great-but you have to work to get their attention once you're no longer placing an order.
