  • I went into nail country to have acrylics removed and gel put on since my nails were long enough. Didn't have the acrylics on but five weeks. Rather than soaking them to get them off The woman that did it ripped them off taking half of my nailbed with it. She hurt me many times during the process and made me bleed then glued a nail tip onto my fingernail when I asked them not to. It has been two days since and my fingers still hurt very much. The girl did not speak one word of English, if she had this could've all been avoided. The people that did speak English were horrible at making me feel better or holding her accountable. I highly, highly suggest you run the opposite direction
