  • The Selection of natural pet food is much better at pet club than either pet smart or Petco. My big beef with them is customer service...employees mostly talk amongst themselves, rarely do they actually help. ( sometimes they'll give lip service from across the counter... But rarely do they actually expend any energy to help look for anything...) I shop at this store plus the one on Gilbert/Valvista and on warner/cooper and I'm always surprised at how similar all the employees are ( look, age, tattoos , attitude ) as though they're not paid enough to actually care.
