  • I moved in in February. Very nice, professional staff. Very nice looking property. Good maintenance team. I've never had a serious issue with bugs. The unit looks very nice, clean. I would continue to renew if I didn't want to get a house and get out of apartment living. Very good price on rent for a beautiful apartment with a beautiful view, so the price is definitely a steal of a deal. Good pocket of PHX. Residents keep to themselves. Very quiet. Would definitely recommend living here, with the promise that you document everything that happens. Just like you should anywhere you live.
