  • Pathetic from front staff customer relation. Each front staff have different set of rules. So a member and a guest comes in. Rules are different depending on who's in front of you. One morning staff even said. Guests are not allowed to use the restroom, only members. But like I said. It differs depending on the front desk person. Gym Equipment is good. The way I see it.. is like the front desk is like a box of chocolates.... you'll never know what you're going to get.
