  • Service service service. It's all about service. Five stars over and over again. You don't have to be a tea connoisseur or aficionado to appreciate excellent non judgemental genuine service from wonderful people. This place, has none of the corporate bull manufactured artificial feel and that alone gives then five stars in my books. The staff is knowledgeable without being snooty or condescending and take time to walk you through what you want abd help you understand the differences and nuances and make an informed decision. The food's divine, the tea choices are excellent and I can't stop thinking about going back. It's been a while since I got fall in love with a place like this. I just wished it was closer.
