  • BEWARE, the staff is 5 star while the management (Franchisor of Regis Corp) is a BIG 0! Management has stopped accepting Senior and Child coupons sent from the Franchisor. Management considers the Child and Senior advertised rates as DISCOUNTED RATES and the Corporate Coupons disallow "double coupons". Since this Franchisee also considers the advertised rates as "discounted" will not accept them. I have contacted the Franchisor (Regis Corp) about this but so far have gotten nowhere. Petty, I know, however Regis and the Franchisee could be facing Discrimination and Advertising litigation. Bottom line, a greedy Franchisee...BE CAREFUL if you are a Senior or parent.
