  • We hired Jeff for about 9 months (landscaping maintenance services at our home, 2 visits/month). Jeff is extremely nice, but almost impossible to get a hold of. E-mails/texts/voicemails would routinely go for 10+ days without being acknowledged or returned. We simply could not get our questions answered or requests handled. The work and lawn maintenance itself was fine, probably a 6 out of 10. But we had more than a few plants die, and the grass sometimes was haphazardly mowed. For what we got, it was too expensive.
