  • Smart, helpful, generous and approachable. I'm on a business trip and keyboard on my Macbook Pro is on the fritz. Quick call to MacMedia and they said to come on in, no appointment necessary. Matt did a great job helping diagnose my issue. While we couldn't get it fixed today (not because of them, but because of my travel), I have a crystal clear understanding of what needs to be done thanks to his thorough explanation. I took the liberty of asking a few questions above and beyond what I came in for and both he and Sierra took lots of time to make sure they understood my questions and offered easy, common sensical answers/solutions. They even went so far as to offer to provide some phone support when I get home. Talk about 12-on-10 service!! These guys and gals know their stuff, but aren't bragadocious about it at all. If you are looking for reliable, intelligent and approachable service, do your self a favor and head over to MacMedia ASAP!
