  • Today I had the best day. I walked into Infiniti of Las Vegas to purchase a part. I was met by Pedro who welcomed me and took me to the front counter, while Richie whisked my car away for a wash. The front counter ladies were attentive and quickly the part arrived. The parts guy was knowledgeable and mindful of my time. I was offered a bottle of water and Pedro even filled a cup of water for my pups. Rosella was available and watchful that my pups were safe as I waited. Richie pulled up in my shiny car, held the door for me and Pedro attached the gas cap. The great customer service was so genuine, I asked to speak to Kelly and Mark, who further presented with the same great customer service that I had met time and time again in my short visit.
