  • We got there early for the opening night of jungle book in 3D. As we were directed to our theater. We noticed 4 people that the theater they were in, was playing the wrong movie. We were Almost the first people in the theater. Chairs were dirty, floors were sticky, place looked dated. We watched like 25 min of previews. The movie started & it didn't seem to have 3D qualities, come to find out they switched which theater the 3D movie would be in without informing anyone. We bumped into a worker while finding the other theater. She swore the manager went in to tell people and we were super early and nobody came in!! As my bf argued with her, I went to eat a handful of popcorn, I pulled out a long black hair (definitely not mine!) I was so repulsed. At this point we found the 3D theater which was also dirty and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in days, tossed the pop corn, and tried to enjoy the remaining parts of the movie.
