  • I've had the same PCP for around 15 years and he's great. However since he came here it's been a nightmare. The front desk is useless bordering on negligent. It shouldn't be an issue getting your necessary, recurring medications EVERY time. They literally make a simple process aggravating, time-consuming and ridiculous. They go out of their way to not help you. A diabetic patient should never spend two hours in a doctors office only to not see their doctor and have to leave without a prescription for their insulin. How they find this acceptable is beyond me. My family is done with Pinnacle.
