  • Shockingly bad! Contacted them in August to start the process, now in December and it doesn't appear to have progressed at all. They kept losing the file, losing documents I both uploaded to their server as well as emailed directly, changed staff and just could never provide any type of rough time frame for when this would close. They are either all incredibly incompetent, inexperienced or just plain con artists. I seriously doubt my loan will ever close and I do have an excellent credit rating and income to more than justify the loan. There is something extremely wrong with this company and it really should be investigated. I dealt with the Charlotte (corporate) branch - Gregg L, Jeff N, Shawn C, Heather D, Quonesha and many others that were cc'd on emails.
