  • I just moved here from Los Angeles so I have been trying out a bunch of restaurants in my area. I'm glad I tried Ramen KoBo! The tonkotsu broth was de-li-cious! The broth had an intense pork flavor that was rich and buttery. The freshly made noodles were perfectly cooked. The cha-siu pork was so tender it literally melted in my mouth! I have frequented a lot of ramen places in LA, OC and now Las Vegas and Ramen KoBo is easily one of my top ramen restaurants. P.S. My fiancĂ© who is not a ramen fan at all ended up loving this place. It's just that good!
