  • Made appointment, arrived for appointment. No appointment. Receptionist says I didn't call. I show her my cell that shows time stamp, she shrugs. No apologies, acted as if it were my mistake that I drove to their business for nothing I the rush hour. Total bullshit! Just say your sorry and offer a different date. Didn't even have the class for that. Use at your own time risk...
