rev:text	I'm really shocked at all the negative reviews. All I can imagine is that you must be living on the 1st or 2nd floor. I heard of problems with bugs and plumbing on these floors. When I moved in, I made sure that the apt. I took had no dogs above, below or on either side of me. There is one that yaps occasionally in the building across from me - annoying, but not constant. There are lower income/seedy people in the complex, but I have never felt uncomfortable or threatened. When renting, check out your apartments location and find out the type of people living around you..married, children, pets, etc. I feel I got lucky because I asked a lot of questions. You will be shown a fabulous apt. which is only for viewing. You will not be shown the apt you will be renting which will undoubtly be a step or two down...just realize that. Sign a short lease...6 months or so. Check the price on the monthly for start and end dates...a 7 month lease is sometimes more expensive than a 4 month. This gives you an opportunity to check out the living situation and if you like it, you can extend or get out without fee. Put all requests in writing! Don't just call for a fix. This way you have written documentation to follow up on. The hallways and elevators do smell funky from the cleaning products....along with the gym which I don't use. Its a great location. Lots of bars and restaurants and a great running canel path. A good stop over to my next location out of state.
