The Worst Customer Service I have ever seen. I was there for over an hour while (Brock) jacked me around saying that I was not able to receive info on my account because I had access. I went in because I had no phone and I needed Warranty which I told him Up Front. I had to sit there for 30 minutes while I had to deal with Corporate and insure my name was on the account. They then had issue with that but found my name. Then they told me they couldn't help and I had to call a number. After an hour of being there. While I was there 3 other customers left upset. I left that place and went directly to Verizon across the street. Had them cancel my sprint plan and now I am a verizon customer.
