  • I had a weird bump, along with some discoloration, on the top of my foot that my dermatologist could not diagnose, so she suggested that I see a podiatrist. So, I looked on Yelp, and based on the reviews coupled with the facts that she accepted my insurance and was nearby, I decided to give this office a try. I was not disappointed. Dr. Natcher and her staff are top notch! In March, I went to her office and filled out some paperwork. Then, as soon as I was done with the paperwork, without further ado, Dr. Natcher's assistant took a couple of x-rays, and then she came in promptly afterwards to talk with me. She gave me the diagnosis, and took the time to explore a variety of solutions with me. Even more importantly, she patiently answered all of my questions, and she even wrote down the diagnosis, which was unfamiliar to me due to its unusual name (exostosis), along with writing down a variety of suggestions in the order of importance. I appreciated her compassion, patience, and thoroughness. Even better, it is now April and the bump has almost entirely disappeared as she said it would. Her solutions have worked, and I am happy to be almost pain and bump-free.
