  • I will never use this place again and I would definitely not recommend them.....first I open my door to find the tech and his 4 year old son he told me that he got called into work and had to bring his son because he was going through a divorce. He looked at my area rug and said he could get the dog urine smell out but would have to take it to their warehouse and it would cost $500 to do that, he said I could lower the price by eliminating certain step in the process. I said I have to call my husband I called my husband and he said he would buy a new rug before he would spend $500 to clean an area rug, the guy then said he could do it for $375 I said my husband is not going to pay that price either he said what about $120 I said no he won't pay that either he asked me what my budget was I said $60. Geez.....it's hard to find honest, trustworthy businesses these days.
